I’ve spent most of my life pursuing questions that don’t have easy answers — questions about purpose, consciousness, spirituality, behavior, and what it really means to live a meaningful life.
For nearly 30 years, I worked as a carpenter, builder, and small business owner. But beneath the surface of that ordinary life was a growing inner world: experiences of intuition, spiritual insight, hypnosis, meditation, and the feeling that life was far deeper than what we’ve been taught to value.
I’ve been sober since 2003, and that journey opened me to a different kind of clarity — the recognition that transformation doesn’t come from willpower alone, but from awareness, connection, and a willingness to see ourselves truthfully.
Along the way I became a certified hypnotist and trained in past-life regression with Dr. Brian Weiss, further exploring the landscape of the subconscious mind.
I started this space because I believe many people feel a quiet dissatisfaction with modern life — a sense that something meaningful is missing.
My hope is to offer reflections, stories, and perspectives that help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, expand your consciousness, and explore life from a place of depth rather than obligation.
This isn’t a place for dogma.
It’s a place for curiosity, truth, vulnerability, and conversation.
I live in Absarokee, Montana with my wife and our two boys. We travel often, explore the world together, and do our best to live with intention and openness.
Thank you for being here. I hope something you find in these writings resonates with your own journey.
